  • ‘NI number’ is your National Insurance number.
  • ‘Worker Id’ is your Worker Id.
Once registered you will receive an email from the system. Please activate your account by clicking on the link in the email.

Your Worker Id is shown on your payslip as 'Employee Ref. No.'
  1. You have ‘not registered’ for ePayeTime. Register here
  2. You have not typed in your user name and password exactly as you registered them – including all spaces, and in the correct case.
  3. Cookies are disabled. These are small files that are passed back and forth which allow us to determine that you have logged in. Your browser help should be able assist how you check this.
  4. Your internet browser does not have TLS Enabled.
    TLS provides secure communications between our servers and your browser. Consult the help documentation for your own browser for more details on enabling TLS.
  5. There is NOT a 'no entry' sign at the bottom of the login screen - this would denote your browser is not allowing us to store cookies on your machine. By double clicking on the 'no entry' sign, you can override this instruction.
  6. You can access https://epaydemo.esos.co.uk. If not, this suggests a problem with TLS or connectivity to our site, please contact your browser provider or ISP for further help.

If none of the above help, please try re-registering with a different user name and password or e-mail: payroll.bureau@esos.co.uk with details of the error message and the steps you have taken.

On the login screen, click 'Forgotten Username'. Enter the email address you believe to be associated with your account. If this matches, you will receive a success message and an email will be sent to your configured email address. You should click on the link in the email to complete the operation. Note: This link will typically expire after a short amount of time.

On the memorable phrase screen, click 'Forgotten Memorable'. Enter your username and submit. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your memorable phrase. Note: This link will typically expire after a short amount of time.

Whilst logged in, select Payslips from the navigation and then the PDF icon. From your PDF viewer, select the Print button to print your payslip.

No, once you have successfully registered for ePayeTime, you will no longer receive posted pay advices.

When you register, you will be able to see all payment advices for the last 6 months. Your first notification of a new ePay payslip will come the next time you are paid.

You can speak directly to your Payroll Department.

Please check that your e-mail address is correct (log in to ePay -> Profile -> MyProfile). If it is correct, please contact us to investigate.

To view your payment advice in Acrobat you need to have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your PC. Many devices already have built in support for PDF's. If you're running Windows or Mac OS visit the following link to download a free version of Acrobat Reader https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

Yes, Whilst logged in, select Payslips from the navigation and then the PDF icon. From your PDF viewer, you should see a save icon which will allow you to save the PDF

No, You will need to log online to your epayetime account to view your payslips.

Your ePayeTime account stores your payslips for the last 6 months. For older payslips, please contact your branch directly.
